Plans differ by how much you are protecting, never by how well. Nothing on this list is an upgrade.
Before you commit
You are not locked in. Cancel whenever you like. Documents you have already protected keep opening with the PINs your clients already have, because the encryption lives in the file.
You are not charged per seat. Adding a colleague costs nothing. Charging by the head would reward leaving somebody out, and the person left out is where the problem starts.
You are not paying for a portal. Your client opens an ordinary encrypted PDF in whatever they already use. Nothing to install, nothing to sign into, nothing for them to resent you for.
